and i cant run Gta iv on max settings graphic or not even LOW ! ... it still lags

tell Me what to do...|||there's nothing wrong with ur PC ...it's the game . GTA 4 is buggy and it's a lazy PC ported game. look for patches and fixes.....update ur directx and stuffs also...|||Yah i will try find another patch and my directx is updated , i have directx 11 ...

|||Your graphics card is fine, infact all your requirements are above and beyond the requirements. GTA IV has been known to still have issues. Make sure your drivers are up2date and the game is patched to the latest version.|||the HD 5770 runs even BF3 on HIGH. and yes i have one with a quad core 3.0 GHz.
better check out some other issues WIFI, re-install, Directx, connection to ?
