Hd 5770 and 620W psu?

Ok, so I've built my pc, using the 620W ACE power supply - runs fine, has no six pin connector which I had to use an adapter.. I played bad company 2 on the max and got a decent 60fps

So I'm just concerned about the power supply, not sure how long it will stay with me, when running bc 2 on high the psu gets warm, quite warm on one side where part of the ventilation is blocked but not so badly, in fact around the same as my old 500w psu on my hd 4670 with bc2 on low/high

It has a 120mm fan - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ACE-620-WATT-BIG-F…

More importantly it has 16A 12V1+ and 18A 12V2+

Rail 1 - 16A

HD 5770 uses 9AMPS (108W max - 9 x 12) = 7 amps left

Fan one 80mm uses 0.22 amps = 6.78A left

fan 2 uses 0.04A (40MM + 40MM) +0.04A, 0.08A total = 6.7A left

HDD uses 0.50A on 12V 1 or 2 or 1.56 5V = 6.2A left

I dunno what else uses the 12v1 railing but that leaves me with 18 or something like 9 or 10 amps left on the second rail..

Ambient room temp is pretty low considering it's like -1 or -3 outside with snow and ice and the heatings off in this room, cpu is 12 degrees Cecilius, gpu is 30 degrees Celsius ASUS HD 5770 52MB and hdd is 22 degrees Celsius.

How long do you expect it will last? I would of got a better psu and some crappier cheaper case if I had know the advertising was wrong - no six pin, it said it had six pin on the website, oh well - £19.99... It has like 4 or 5 cm of space to blow heat out for the psu as psu is mounter underneath but air flow into it should not be a problem except the hd 5770 is right next to it and seems to get warm.

Any ideas how long it will last? Is this fine? I really can't buy a new psu, I just hope it's good enough.|||Flip the power supply over if you want so the power supply fan is facing up if it is bottom mounted.

I really wouldn't trust that power supply.

This 400 watt has more power then that power supply has 88 % efficiency

Your power supply isn't even 80+ certified.

I wouldn't be surprised if the power supply failed on you and took your parts|||Put the maximum case fans in, that's about all you can do.
