I have a Cooler Master Elite 341 i know its small but i'm going to add 3 more 120mm fans would that help a lot?|||The idle temperature doesn't matter. The cooling fan is thermally controlled, so it doesn't even begin to ramp up in speed until the GPU reaches the trigger point on the sensor (which I would guess is around 50 C).
Video cards can run pretty hot, safely. If the temperature on the video card never goes over about 85 C, under maximum 100% load, I wouldn't be worried about it. However, if it regularly gets hotter than that, improving the airflow inside the case is a good plan.|||That's quite normal for the HD 5770. The reviewer in link below got an initial idle temp of 46°C, stress temp of 75°C and return to idle temp of 54°C (21°C ambient);

Improving case ventilation may help a bit since cooler air will be fed to the graphics card.
