Which is better, ati radeon hd 5770 or nvidia geforce 9800 gtx?

im buying a new pc with intel i5 as the processor. So which card would be better, ati or nvidia??|||As you can see in my link, the 5770 slightly over powers the 9800GTX

9800gtx along with

directx 11 support.

consume less power, stay cool and overclocking is best.
